Recently, Nanjing Jihua 351 Intelligent Factory EPC Project Launch Meeting was successfully concluded in Nanjing! The purpose of the kick-off meeting is to ensure the orderly development and steady progress of the construction of the smart factory project.

The IMES system

Through the I intelligent production collaboration platform, all factory resources including materials, warehouses, equipment, personnel, quality, process, process instructions and facilities are controlled to realize pull production, and the whole process is digitally presented through the data billboard and collaboration platform, which can directly reduce unnecessary operation time such as statistics and documentary, improve the efficiency of information transmission, and greatly improve organizational flexibility and agility. IWMS System

IWMS system realizes visual tracking of cargo location, pallet and label information through the whole process management of raw material warehouse, auxiliary material warehouse, cutting slice supermarket and finished product warehouse, and combined with AMR,PTL and other auxiliary equipment coordination scheduling, so that the management process is clear at a glance and the system information is clearly visible. Real-time visual tracking of warehousing task information, real-time visual tracking of warehousing scheduling information, real-time visual tracking of operation status of warehousing automation equipment; abnormal event reporting and early warning, inventory report analysis, issue/receipt report analysis.

Application of automation equipment integration

In addition to AMR in the process of material handling, PTL in the auxiliary material supermarket, automatic packaging line for finished product packaging and application of mechanical arm palletizing technology, this project will also carry out system integration with domestic first-class manufacturers of automatic cutting bed, intelligent hanging and sewing equipment, and realize data interconnection.
